Delete your Florin website account

Email yocoolmate+florin@gmail.com from the address on the account with the subject "Delete my account". If you signed in with Apple using a hidden email, tell us the relay address shown in your Apple ID settings. We verify the request comes from the account owner, then delete the account.

If you signed in with Google or Apple, you can also remove Florin’s access from your Google or Apple account settings at any time.

What is deleted

• Your account record: name, email address, profile image, and role
• Your sign-in credentials, including your password hash and any passkey
• Any linked Google or Apple sign-in connection
• Your session records, including their IP addresses and browser details; active sessions end immediately

Timing

Deletion requests are completed within 30 days of verification. Backup copies are overwritten on the normal backup cycle, within 90 days. Records we are required by law to keep are kept for the period the law requires and nothing longer.

Point of sale app: erase store data on a device

The Florin point of sale app has no account with us and does not send store records to us. All of its data is on your devices, so you delete it there:

• Uninstall the app, or clear its storage in the device settings. This removes the store database, product photos, and local backups on that device.
• On a device paired with others, Tools > Sync > Erase this device and start over clears the store database without uninstalling. It keeps one safety copy in the app’s local backups until you uninstall.
• Repeat this on every device in the store. Erasing one device does not erase the others.

Point of sale app: copies outside the app

Some backup copies live outside the app, and you delete them yourself:

• Android: the Download/Florin folder on the device, using any file manager.
• Google Drive backup: the Florin folder in your own Google Drive, if you connected it. Disconnect in Tools > Backup and revoke access from your Google account.
• Android device backup: the app backup in your Google account, from your device or Google account backup settings.
• Any backup or export files you saved elsewhere.
